DELIVERY TIME FRAME

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND:

Standard shipping will take between 5-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. 

Express shipping will take between 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia, all shipments are through Australia Post.

Please note BBK are not responsible for Australia Post’s delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received in the above time frame.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard international shipping will take between 6-12 business days depending on your location within United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. 

Express shipping will take between 4-10 business days depending on your location within United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. 

Note all shipments are made with Australia Post.

MISSING ITEMS

If you have provided us with an incorrect address or postcode, please email us info@bossybykeeda.com.au ASAP so we can fix the issue and update your details before your item is sent out. If not, we will not offer compensation if it goes missing. If your item does not arrive or is lost in transit we are not legally responsible. Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post it is then property of Australia Post. If further investigation is required to locate your parcel we will assist in any way we can but are not responsible for the outcome.

Returns Policy

All full priced items (Australian orders) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We offer refunds for faulty items only. We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases so please read the description with care. Sale items are final therefore we do not offer refunds so please choose carefully. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. the items must: - be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. - no smell of ladies perfume / deodorant / makeup / fake tans, so please take due care when trying on your order. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges / returns on SALE or jewellery items.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. BBK staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. Returned items are processed within 3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your confirmation of refund. 

For this reason any returns will automatically be issued with a refund.

You can post back the item to the address provided with your purchase or email us for our address.  

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. We are happy to issue you with a refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. If you believe your garment has a fault, please specify when contacting us. We will then contact you once we receive your item to discuss our refund procedure.
